Prices and figures

How we update prices

What the numbers on this site mean, where they come from and how often they change.

The catalog was last updated on October 7, 2026. If a figure here and the one at checkout differ, the checkout is right.

What we update, and how often

We update prices, and which scents and packs are on offer, on a schedule, several times a month, from our own product data. A scent or pack that stops being offered leaves the site at the next update and comes back by itself when it returns. Prices on this site are the figures from our last update, not a promise.

What stays the same between updates

Tub and tin sizes, ingredients, the surfaces a product is meant for, the yield of the laundry sachet and the size of the cloths belong to the product, not to a price, so they change only when the product changes. We print each one only where that product's own data gives it: the dish soap bar does not borrow the paste's ingredient list, and the wood restorer does not borrow its sponge.

Ratings

Star ratings and their counts are the ones buyers gave each product family. Where one paste comes in five scents and three pack sizes under one family, the family is counted once.

Sources

Our guides cite public health and consumer protection agencies, poison control, the stainless steel trade and cooktop and conservation references. We open and read each source before we quote it, and the date we read it is printed beside it. How we hold these figures to the Shadazzle approach is written up in our editorial policy.
