Terms of service

Using shadazzle.org means you accept these terms. The site shows the Shadazzle range and sends you to buy from our retail partner, so the terms are short.

Prices, packs and ratings

Prices, scents, pack counts and star ratings come from our last catalog update. A price can move between that update and your visit, and the one shown at checkout is the one you pay. A scent or pack that stops being offered leaves this site at the next update.

Orders, payment and returns

Nothing is ordered on this site, and we never see card details. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Their terms cover the sale, delivery and any return.

Using what we sell

Our how-to and surface pages are general information. The label on each product decides how it is used: read it, try a small hidden spot on a surface you are unsure of, keep cleaning products away from children and pets, and do not mix them with other cleaners. Cleaner & Polish is not meant for brass, marble, natural stone or wood, and the label says so.

Content

The text and page design here belong to Shadazzle, and the photographs and the film on the home page show our own products. Link to any page you like, but please do not copy pages wholesale.
