About this product
Dish soap without the bottle
A solid bar sits where the bottle used to stand. Wet your brush or sponge, rub it across the bar, and wash the plates and pans in the lather it gives. There is no bottle to rinse out and throw away when it runs dry, only a bar that gets smaller.
The bars come three to a pack and are made in the USA, cut by hand, so no two look quite alike. Let the bar dry between washes on a dish that drains, and it keeps its shape longer than one left sitting in water by the tap.
Compare the Solid Dish Soap Bar with the 3 other products on the home care shelf, all part of the Shadazzle family of cleaners.
Three bars
One by the sink, two in the cupboard for when the first one runs low.
Rich lather
A wet brush picks up foam from a quick rub, and a little goes a long way.
Made by hand
Each bar has its own small marks: the bars are cut by hand in the USA.
How to use it
- 1Wet the brushWet your dish brush or sponge under warm water.
- 2Rub the barRub it over the bar a few times until it lathers.
- 3Wash and rinseWash as usual and rinse the dishes well.
- 4Let it dryStand the bar on a draining dish so it dries between washes.
By the sink
Keep the bar and the brush where small children cannot reach them, and use the bar on its own: poison control advice is never to mix cleaning products.
